Instructions for returning tapes for evaluation (not a warranty issue). Please be aware that our testing WILL destroy any data that may be on the tape.
- If you are experiencing an ongoing problem that has not been resolved by simply replacing tapes, Fujifilm can help investigate. (Evaluations are limited to Fujifilm brand tapes).
- Send a sampling of the problem(s) (4 – 6 tapes). Shipping instructions will be on the following page.
